HOW TO INVEST
It is simple, quick
and easy to invest in the Secure Income Plan and can
be completed in 4 easy steps.
1. Investment can be made:
- through an ISA or
- as a direct investment or
- though a SIPP or SSAS pension scheme.
Both investments can be made over either
over 5 or 7 years. Please complete the relevant investment
application form and sign where applicable.
2. Please also enclose your cheque made
payable to - Keydata Secure Income Plan Client
A/C. If you are using a building society cheque,
please check that the society adds 'reference (your
name)' after the payee. (NB Please do not make your
cheque payable to Sterling Capital as we will have to
return it to you which may cause a delay in an investment
being made).
3. To help identify your personal details
and which investment you wish to make, please complete
our Execution Only & Direct Offer Investment Confirmation
Form. It also confirms that we will act as your agent
for the investment on an execution only basis. This
confirms the choice of investment is yours and that
we have not given any financial advice or recommendation.
4. To help comply with the UK's strict
Money laundering regulation, please provide 1 original
certified item of evidence for address in the form of
a bank statement or utility bill (no mobile phone bills
please) issued in the last 6 months and 1 original or
certified item of evidence of personal identification
in the form of either a passport or driving licence.
Please note that if you send us originals we will certify
them here and return them to you within 5 working days
or alternatively documents can be certified by a Bank,
Solicitor, Police Officer, Teacher, Doctor or Post Office.
The person certifying your documents must write “I
certify this is a true copy of *persons name*"
and then signs their name and job title.
